EVALUATION:
Step one is getting to know you, your specific goals, and your timeline. I consider this “the interview process” to make sure we’re a good fit. I will establish wants and needs to set realistic expectations and encourage you to ask lots of questions during this meeting. I will also review the process so you know what to expect.
PREPARATION:
Connect with a local lender. It’s important to fully understand your buying power before you even begin the search, as well as what those numbers may look like monthly. In fact, current regulations prevent us from showing any homes until I have a written preapproval or proof of funds. If you do not have a preferred lender, I can connect you.
EXECUTION:
I will create a search for you based on our discussions and your budget. This is unlike the searches you can do on your own through third party sites. I will provide you with a link directly to our MLS system which is the main hub agents enter the listing information. This is the only accurate and immediately updated source with far more search criteria than you can find on your own. I don’t want to waste your time looking at homes that don’t fit your basic needs or your budget. I want to help find you THE RIGHT HOME, and get you that house for the best possible price and terms.
